Shipping and Returns

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Once you place your order, we get to work right away. Your couch is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days, and delivery takes about one week after that. In most cases, you’ll have your new GH2 Cloud couch in your living room within 7–9 business days from purchase.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

It’s simple, shipping is always free. No hidden fees, no surprises. We deliver straight to your door anywhere in Canada with minor exceptions.

Where do you ship to?

We proudly ship coast-to-coast across Canada with free delivery right to your door. The only places we don’t currently deliver are Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon. We also don’t ship outside of Canada at this time.

How can I keep track of my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is on the way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your new GH2 Cloud couch right to your door.

Can I return my sofa?

We take great pride in the quality and comfort of our sofas, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

What if my sofa comes damaged or defective?

We want your GH2 Cloud to arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any damage, just send us a few photos at service@gh2cloud.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will take care of it right away and make things right! Whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund. Please be sure to give your sofa a quick check when it arrives so we can help you as fast as possible.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. It also depends on your card issuer!

Do the pieces connect together?

Yes, every piece of the GH2 Cloud connects securely from underneath so your sofa stays firmly in place. You won’t have to worry about sections sliding apart or feeling loose, everything locks together to create one solid, cozy couch that’s perfect for everyday living.

The only exception is the ottoman which does not attach so you can move it around freely and use it as a leg rest, coffee table, or however you please.

Is the couch modular? Can i add more pieces in the future?

Yes, the GH2 Cloud is fully modular which means you can arrange it to fit your space and change it whenever you like. Whether you want a compact setup for a condo or a larger layout for family gatherings, the pieces connect securely underneath so the sofa always feels solid. The ottoman stays free so you can move it around and use it however you please. You can also add extra pieces in the future, making it easy to expand your couch as your space or lifestyle changes. Do the cushions lose shape over time?

The cushions are filled with a soft feather blend that is designed for comfort while still holding its shape. Like any premium feather cushion, they may need the occasional fluff to stay looking their best, but that is part of what makes them so cozy. With a little care, they will keep their comfort and full look for years of everyday lounging.

My cushions don’t look as fluffy as the pictures, is that normal?

Yes, that is completely normal. The cushions come vacuum sealed, so at first they may not look as full. Once you open them and let some air in, they expand and fluff up beautifully within 24 to 48 hours, giving you that super comfy look and feel you see in the photos. With a little occasional fluffing, they will stay cozy and supportive for years.

What should I do if my couch gets a stain?

No stress. Every cover on the GH2 Cloud, even the base, is fully removable and washable. For small stains you can spot clean with a mild fabric cleaner. For bigger messes simply unzip the covers and put them in the wash to bring your couch back to looking fresh. The fabrics are made for real life so whether it is pets, kids, or movie night spills your GH2 Cloud is easy to keep clean.

Is the frame sturdy and built to last?

Yes, the GH2 Cloud is built with a solid hardwood frame that is designed for strength and everyday use. It is rated to support up to 500lbs, giving you plenty of stability and peace of mind. While it is strong and durable, we recommend treating it with care, so please do not jump on it like a trampoline. With the right use, your Cloud will stay stable, supportive, and comfortable for years.

How will I know if the couch will fit in my space?

All measurements for each piece of the GH2 Cloud are clearly listed on our product pages. This way you can plan your layout with confidence and make sure it fits your space perfectly. If you need extra help, our team is happy to guide you in choosing the right size for your home.

Is there anyway I can test the sofa?

Yes, you can view and try the GH2 Cloud in person at our Brampton location. Visits are by appointment only and are available to customers in the GTA. This way you can experience the comfort and quality for yourself before ordering. If you are unable to visit, you can still shop online with confidence knowing we offer a 30-day return policy

Is the sofa stain proof or waterproof?

The GH2 Cloud is made with liquid resistant fabrics, so everyday spills like water, juice, or coffee are easy to clean up before they soak in. While the fabric helps protect against liquids, it is not fully stain proof, so certain spills may still leave marks if not treated quickly. The good news is that every cover, even the base, is removable and washable, making it simple to keep your sofa looking fresh.

How do I know the size of the couch and if it will fit?

All measurements for each piece of the GH2 Cloud are clearly listed on the product pages, right alongside the photos. This way you can see the exact dimensions while browsing and plan your layout with confidence. Since the GH2 Cloud is modular, each piece is delivered separately which makes it much easier to fit through doorways, hallways, and staircases compared to traditional sofas.

Ordering With Us

Can I order individual pieces in the future?

Yes, the GH2 Cloud is fully modular which means you can always add more pieces later. Whether you want an extra seat, a corner piece, or another ottoman, you can grow your couch over time. Simply email us when you are ready and since you already have our comfy Cloud, we will work out a better deal for you.

Will I get an order confirmation email?

Yes, right after you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you do not see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that, the order will already be in processing and cannot be modified. If you still wish to cancel or make changes after this time, you will need to go through our return process. Full details can be found in our Return Policy.

Can I order over the phone or is it online only?

All orders are placed through our website so everything is secure and confirmed right away. If you need help while ordering, our customer service team is happy to guide you step by step, but the final order must be completed online.

What if my sofa doesnt fit upon delivery?

We always recommend double-checking the measurements on our product pages before you order to make sure the GH2 Cloud will fit through your doorways, hallways, and into your space. Since it is modular, the pieces are easier to move than a traditional sofa, which helps with tight spaces. What payment mehtods do you accept and is there any financing?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using popular options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For added flexibility we offer financing at checkout, so you can spread out your payments if you prefer.
