At GH2 Cloud, we build our sofas to last a lifetime, and we stand behind that promise. Every GH2 Cloud couch comes with our Lifetime Structural Warranty, so you can relax knowing your Cloud is made to be with you for years to come.
What’s Covered
We cover all structural issues with your GH2 Cloud for life. This means the frame, joints, and overall build are protected as long as you own your sofa.
What’s Not Covered
While we will always do our best to help, the warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Everyday wear and tear (like fabric fading or cushion softening)
• Stains, spills, or pet damage
• Improper cleaning or care methods
• Any modifications made to the sofa
Our team reviews each claim carefully, and we reserve the right to approve or deny claims depending on the situation.
How to Make a Claim
Making a claim is simple. You can either fill out the warranty form below, or email us at service@gh2cloud.ca with photos and a short description of the issue.
We will review your claim and get back to you quickly with the next steps. If it’s approved, we’ll work with you to arrange the best solution, whether that’s a repair or replacement.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe you’ve experienced a structural issue with your sofa that isn’t the result of misuse, damage, or everyday wear and tear, please use this form to submit a warranty claim.
To help us assess your request quickly, we’ll need:
- Your order number and date of purchase.
- A short description of the issue.
Once submitted, our team will review your claim and get back to you by email. After receiving your claim, we will ask for clear photos or videos showing the problem. We may ask for additional details or arrange an inspection if needed. Approved claims will be resolved with a repair, replacement part, or module exchange depending on the issue.
